As a graduate of the German Language School, Minister Nikola Stojanov opened the new school year at the school

Minister of Economy and Industry Nikola Stojanov opened the school year at the 91st German Language School “Prof. Konstantin Galabov”, where he completed his secondary education.

He wished the students and faculty a successful school year that will be fully attended. “My advice to all students is to respect your teachers and listen to them because they are the people who have dedicated their profession to your future,” Minister Stojanov said.

“We live in a dynamic environment that offers many opportunities for development, but also imposes its great demands. Strive for knowledge and be persistent, because education is what will lay the foundations for your success tomorrow,” Nikola Stojanov added. He also stressed that as a graduate of the German Language School, he knows that being a student there is a privilege but also a great responsibility. “Thousands of opportunities will open before you, but I hope that wherever you continue your education, you will come back and apply what you have learned here, because Bulgaria needs you,” the economic minister added.

At the end of his speech, Minister Stojanov addressed the audience in German saying – “I may have forgotten a little of the German language, but I will never forget the German Language School”.

Minister Stojanov also honoured the invitation to participate in the celebrations at 120th Primary School “G. S. Rakovski”, where he received his primary education. He struck the first school bell and wished courage and much success to the first graders and all other students.

Deputy Ministers of Economy and Industry Irina Shtonova and Dimitar Danchev opened the 2022-2023 school year at 6th Primary School “Graf Ignatiev” and 133rd Secondary School “A. S. Pushkin”. They congratulated the students and wished them to be successful and make their dreams come true.
