Türkiye is among Bulgaria’s leading economic partners. The geographical proximity and the potential of the markets predetermine high economic activity between Bulgarian and Turkish companies. This was stated by the head of the political office of the Minister of Economy and Industry Irina Nikolova, who participated today in the Bulgarian-Turkish Women’s Business Forum dedicated to women entrepreneurs.
‘You have a reliable partner who will support the development of future economic initiatives between the two countries and you can count on institutional support from the Ministry of Economy and Industry.’ With these words, Ms Nikolova addressed the participants in the forum and the Turkish companies that have chosen to do business and invest in Bulgaria and assured them that the Ministry continues to work to build a more sustainable and competitive business environment.
Bulgarian-Turkish Women Business Forum in Targovishte marks the beginning of future cooperation. The forum gathered today near the regional centre more than 130 participants from both countries, said at the opening ceremony Guljan Ahmedova — regional chairwoman of the Bulgarian-Turkish Women Business Club.
