By a decision of the sole owner of the capital of State Consolidation Company EAD (SCC) — the Minister of Economy and Industry, three changes have been made to the composition of the Board of Directors of SCC.
Stanimir Tsvetkov, Katerina Petrova and Mariana Ignatova were elected to the Board of Directors. They replace Elena Boltadzhieva, Teodora Stoyanova and Desislava Chalamova, the latter has applied for resignation.
Konstantin Stoychev, who is also the Executive Director of DCC, and Asen Nenchev remain on the Board of Directors.
Katerina Shopova – Petrova is a lawyer by education. Master of Law from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). Mrs. Shopova has over 23 years of legal experience in the field of commercial, corporate, financial, bond, property and family law. Advocate at the Sofia Bar Association.
Mariana Ignatova has two professional qualifications as an economist and a lawyer from the University of Veliko Tarnovo ‘St. Cyril and Methodius’. Ms. Ignatova is also an engineer from the Higher Institute of Chemical Technology (VHTI). From the Institute for Postgraduate Studies at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) he acquired a professional qualification in the organization of production, labour and management in industrial production. Ms. Ignatova has extensive experience in finance and accounting.
Stanimir Tsvetkov is a lawyer by education. Master’s degree from Sofia University ‘St. Kl. Ohridski’. He has many years of experience in the field of data protection. From 2002 to 2008 he was a member of the Personal Data Protection Commission of the Republic of Bulgaria. He has been a member of two working groups on data protection in telecoms and EU law enforcement. He was also Bulgaria’s representative at the International Conferences of the EU Data Protection Authorities in 2004, 2005 and 2007. For many years he was a member of the Sofia Bar Association.
