Minister Dilov Awarded the Winner in the Successful Start-Up Small Enterprise Category at the Annual Golden Martenitsa Awards

Minister of Economy and Industry Peter Dilov awarded the winner in the Successful Small Start-up Category during the annual Golden Martenitsa awards ceremony.

Dilov assured that the Ministry of Economy and Industry is actively working to support entrepreneurship and improve the business environment. “Bulgaria can be a great place for a start-up,” he said.

He said that small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria make up 75% of employment and contribute 58% of the added value to the Bulgarian economy. “This is why every company is crucial to us,” he noted.

The association Made in Bulgaria – Union of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses honored Bulgarian companies for their accomplishments for the 31st time.

The Minister of Economy awarded Gram Za Kilogram OOD. The company focuses on producing gluten-free products, known for their high quality and pure raw materials.

At the official ceremony, awards were also presented by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev, Vice President Iliana Iotova, and the Chair of the Committee on Economic Policy and Innovation in the National Assembly, Petar Kanev.
