NCIZ has an approved project proposal for the energy renovation of the Administration Building, Hall 4 and Hall 5, on the territory of Vidin Industrial Park. Energy saving measures will be implemented to ensure energy savings and financial resources under the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan. The estimated budget is BGN 2.8 million, of which self-financing is 55%. A contract is expected to be signed in the coming months to provide the funds to the final beneficiaries of the Recovery and Sustainability Facility. The implementation period is 24 months.

The development and renovation of the park is also set out in the Concept for the Development of Industrial Parks and Zones 2024-2028 of the NCIP, adopted this year, and in the Business Program of the national company. Among the top priorities is optimising the park’s operations and attracting key investors for the region.
