Measures for the development of economic cooperation and the intensification of business relations between Bulgaria and Morocco. This was discussed during a meeting between the Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry Dimitar Danchev and H.E. Zakia El Midaoui, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Morocco to Bulgaria.
“Our bilateral relations have significant potential for development, Morocco is a promising foreign trade partner for Bulgaria, with which we would like to partner to achieve growth in mutual trade,” Deputy Minister Danchev said. He noted that trade between the two countries in 2021 increased by 31% and reached USD 218.65 million.
During the meeting, it was stressed that good dialogue and the effective use of all cooperation mechanisms are a prerequisite for intensifying trade relations and increasing trade.
