Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry Irina Shtonova participated in the ceremony celebrating the 110th anniversary of the founding of the National Trade and Banking School.
‘The high school has set some of the highest standards in Bulgarian education and is traditionally among the most desirable schools in the country,’ Shtonova said. According to her, this success is due to the hard work, professionalism and energy of the whole school team. She also stressed that the event is an occasion to pay special attention to all those who have contributed over the years to make the National Trade and Banking School one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the country today.
Deputy Minister Irina Shtonova congratulated the students of NTBS and commented that ‘the achievements of the students are actually what elevates the name of the school’. She pointed out that the high school consistently develops and maintains a relationship with businesses and its graduates have the opportunity to train in training banks, insurance companies and customs.
The ceremony was opened by the director of the National Trade and Banking School Emilia Ivanova. The event was attended by the Chairman of the Board of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Rector of the University of National and World Economy prof. Dimitar Dimitrov and others.
