Production of ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin, distillates and spirit drinks for the purpose of sale is carried out by traders registered under the Commerce Act, the Cooperatives Act or under their national legislation, who are entered in the register of producers of ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin, distillates and spirit drinks.
