Bulgaria’s adherence to the OECD Declaration on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises
As a mandatory condition in the process of Bulgaria’s accession to the OECD, our country must adhere to the legal instrument of the OECD, namely: the Declaration on International Investment and Multinational Enterprises and the Decisions for its implementation.
As a candidate member, our country shall implement the Declaration through promotion and implementation of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises adopted in 1976, subsequent revision approved on the 50th OECD Ministerial Conference, 25 May 2011 and the Decision for implementation of the Guidelines.
