Registered producers of ethyl alcohol, distillates and spirit drinks shall keep diaries according to templates, in which they shall enter data allowing to determine and control the authenticity, origin, category of goods and the production manipulations carried out. The diaries shall be closed annually on 31 December after a full inventory of the production and shall be submitted annually by 15 March of the following year to the Ministry.
