Krasimir Yakimov holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He graduated in “International Financial Law” from the Dickson Poon School of Law at King’s College London.
He has extensive administrative experience, having served as Head of the Political Cabinet of the Minister of Innovation and Growth and as Deputy Minister of Innovation and Growth.
He began his professional career in legal practice, where for nearly ten years he advised and represented international and Bulgarian companies on key issues related to their commercial activities. His expertise is focused on corporate governance, debt and equity financing, as well as the structuring and implementation of complex business and investment projects.
